The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 54,340 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 28 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Gilbert Watershed Timber Sale, Compartment #4.  Sawtimber volume by species is:  Black Cherry 5 percent; Black Cherry Blowdown 2 percent; Hard Maple 8 percent; and Soft Maple 27 percent; Ash 47 percent; and Cucumber 6 percent; Beech 2 percent and Hemlock 3 percent.  Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of  Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
