The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 245,940 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 18 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Compartment #2, West Branch Timber Sale.  Sawtimber volume by species is:  Black Cherry 58 percent; Hard Maple 8 percent; Soft Maple 29 percent; Ash 3 percent; and Birch 2 percent.  Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of  Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
