The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 535,040 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 81 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Marilla Watershed Timber Sale, Compartment #10.  Sawtimber volume by species is: Hemlock 33 percent; Black Cherry 31 percent; Soft Maple 15 percent; Ash 11 percent; Hard Maple 7 percent; Cucumber 1 percent; Beech 1 percent; and Basswood 1 percent.  Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of  Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
