The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 1,049,370 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 104 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Cold Spring #2 Timber Sale.  Sawtimber volume by species is:  Black Cherry 29 percent; Hard Maple 5 percent; Soft Maple 52 percent; Ash 13 percent; and Miscellaneous 1 percent.  Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of  Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
