The Bradford City Water Authority offers for sale 208,550 net board feet of marked sawtimber and 148 cords of pulpwood on Authority property, Gilbert Heights Timber Sale. Sawtimber volume by species is: Ash 74 percent; Soft Maple 6 percent; Black Cherry 6 percent; Birch 5 percent; Hemlock 4 percent; Hard Maple 3 percent; Red Oak 1 percent; and Miscellaneous 1 percent. Sale also includes cull trees that must be felled. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at the Bradford City Water Authority, 28 Kennedy Street, Bradford, Pennsylvania 16701. A money order, certified check or bank draft in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($10,000.00) payable to Bradford City Water Authority must be submitted with each bid.
